Yes it’s true – 2020 marks 100 years for The Travel Corporation and Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection and U River Cruises are helping to celebrate their parent company’s milestone by offering travellers savings on 2020 cruises, on new bookings made between 5 November 2019 and 3 January 2019. Your clients can save up to 30% off select sailings across most itineraries and room categories.
“For 100 years, travel advisors have booked the companies of The Travel Corporation with supreme confidence and Uniworld and U are no exception. The tradition of excellence in hospitality established long ago by the Tollman family influences everything we do,” says Fiona Dalton, managing director of Uniworld and U. “To honour that and celebrate with our loyal customers, we have created 100th Anniversary Celebration savings to give our guests the opportunity to experience our new Super Ships, itineraries and immersive programming at the best value in 2020.”
Included in the 100th Anniversary Celebration are all of Uniworld’s standard inclusions such as in-suite butler service, Asprey bathroom amenities, unlimited distinctive wines, regional beers and premium spirits, all meals onboard, ship-wide internet and Wi-Fi, bicycles for use on shore, expertly planned shore excursions, all gratuities and airport transfers.
To support this special event, Uniworld and U’s sales team has implemented an initiative called “Keeping it 100” to ensure that trade partners are educated on the newest and most relevant updates to selling Uniworld and U River Cruises for 2020. During this initiative, 100 select agencies throughout Australia will be visited by the sales team on a week-by-week rota from November 2019 through February 2020 – by the end of that oeriod Uniworld and U’s sales team will have physically visited over 800 agency locations.
“Travel advisors are our most trusted partners and an extension of our team,” says Alice Ager, Uniworld’s Head of Sales. “By educating our valued partners through direct one-on-one engagement, our shared potential for success is unlimited.”
