TravelPay reassures clients amid Pelikin Holdings administration news

Pelikin Holdings Pty Ltd, the partner behind the TravelPay Money Affiliate Program, has recently entered administration, but TravelPay has provided an update to reassure clients and partners that there is no reason for alarm and that all services and funds remain secure.

The management of TravelPay Money Cards is handled by Nium, a globally recognised company responsible for card issuing, fund loading, and app development. The funds associated with these cards are securely held with Nium, ensuring that clients’ money remains protected and accessible.

TravelPay confirmed that the TravelPay Money and Pelikin Cards, along with their associated app, continue to function as usual. Clients can still use their cards seamlessly, and new Pelikin cards remain available for order, ensuring uninterrupted service for users.

TravelPay has committed to honouring all commissions related to the TravelPay Money Affiliate Program. Despite Pelikin Holdings’ current status, TravelPay will continue to support its partners by paying commissions on card loads as agreed when the program was launched in July 2024.

It is essential to note that TravelPay and TravelPay B2B operate as separate entities from Pelikin Holdings Limited. Pelikin’s role is limited to serving as a partner for TravelPay Money cards, and this partnership does not impact the overall financial or operational stability of TravelPay.

TravelPay has assured its partners and clients that the TravelPay Money Card program remains fully operational and that client funds are safe. Ongoing updates will be provided to maintain transparency and confidence in the program during this period.
