TravelManagers Australia shone at the NTIA Awards on Saturday, winning the 2024 accolade for Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor Network—a title they have now secured three times since 2019.

The prestigious award, presented by the National Travel Industry Awards (NTIA), highlights TravelManagers’ ongoing commitment to exceptional service and support within its network of 470 personal travel managers across Australia.

Celebrating Excellence in Travel Advisory

Executive General Manager Michael Gazal accepted the award on behalf of TravelManagers, dedicating the achievement to the company’s National Partnership Office (NPO) team. “Every member of the TravelManagers family shares the same dedication to our vision of being the best partner in travel,” he said. “This commitment is reflected in our outstanding sales performance over the past twelve months.”

The NTIA category honours advisor networks that demonstrate “outstanding conduct in service delivery” through a remote network of professional travel advisors. This win builds on TravelManagers’ back-to-back titles in 2019 and 2022 (following NTIA’s pandemic hiatus), reaffirming the company’s reputation as a leader in the travel industry.

Recognition for Employee Engagement and Advisor Excellence

In addition to the win, TravelManagers was recognised as a finalist in the Most Outstanding Employee Engagement and Recruitment Program category. Two of its personal travel managers, Julianne Gazal-Rizk and Melanie Whyte, also achieved finalist status for Most Outstanding Mobile Advisor.
