TravelManagers expands Business Support team

TravelManagers has announced the expansion of its National Partnership Office (NPO) team with the addition of two new Business Partnership Managers (BPMs), Jodie Beck and Linda McMullen. Both bring decades of travel industry experience to the role, further strengthening the support offered to the company’s personal travel manager (PTM) network across New South Wales.

Focused on growth and personalised support

The BPM team provides tailored business coaching to PTMs, with a focus on inspiring and empowering them to grow their businesses. Julia McLean, National Business Partnership Manager at TravelManagers, highlighted the key role Beck and McMullen will play not only in supporting existing PTMs but also in expanding the TravelManagers network by guiding new advisors through the onboarding process.

“Jodie and Linda bring a wealth of expertise to the team and will connect, inspire, and support PTMs to achieve their business goals,” McLean said.

McMullen expressed her enthusiasm for the role, stating, “By assisting PTMs in fully understanding how to run their own business and equipping them with the right tools and support, I aim to help them reach their goals and provide them with the best opportunity for success.”

Valued support for personal travel managers

TravelManagers’ PTMs consistently praise the BPM team for its crucial role in their success. Lisa Smith, a PTM based in Gordon Park, QLD, shared her perspective: “My BPM is my go-to for anything and everything—crisis, good news, or advice. Having someone in your corner is one of the greatest benefits of being with TravelManagers.”

Similarly, Tanya Campbell, a new PTM from Scotts Creek, VIC, highlighted her positive experience, saying, “My BPM’s extensive knowledge and caring nature give me the confidence to build my business. She supports my growth while allowing me to find my own path, knowing I have her backing every step of the way.”

A key to TravelManagers’ success

Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal, attributes TravelManagers’ recent recognition at the 2024 NTIA Awards, where the company was named Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor Network for the third time since 2019, to its strong BPM team.

“Having the largest and most experienced business support team in Australia for mobile travel advisors has been a major factor in our ongoing success,” Gazal noted.

The addition of Beck and McMullen to the BPM team reinforces TravelManagers’ commitment to delivering unparalleled support to its network, helping PTMs achieve success in the competitive travel industry.
