The highly anticipated W Melbourne has announced that it is now accepting expressions of interest for its Talent casting, ahead of doors opening on the new hotel in February 2021.
The luxury lifestyle hotel is now looking to recruit over 100 hospitality rockstars to join the team, with a casting call taking place virtually on 12 October, 2020. This first round of screening is looking for talent who demonstrate the brand’s traits of Bold, Witty and Insider. Positions range across the hotel from F&B to Front Office, Engineering and Finance.
One of the most coveted roles up for grabs is the hotel’s first W Insider, who is tasked with uncovering the unexpected and making the impossible possible. Offering back-lane access to immerse guests in Melbourne’s double shot culture, the W Insider will uncover the kind of experiences you would never find in a guidebook. Their extensive rolodex gives them access to the who’s who across the brands four passion points of music, fashion, design and fuel, opening doors to create truly epic guest moments.
Another central role in driving the energy behind the W Melbourne experience will be the Music Curator. With extensive experience as a DJ and a connector within the music industry, the Music Curator will help ignite the day-in-day-out music programming and curation of major happenings throughout the year.
