TFE Hotels is seeking a finance superstar to join their growing hotel operations team, based in Melbourne.
Tish Nyar, Director of TFE’s Operations for AUS/NZ said this was a great opportunity for a driven individual who wanted to work with multiple brands as part of a senior regional leadership team.
“We really want someone that has a practical focus on finance and a working knowledge of the hotel industry,” he said.
Key responsibilities for this role include financial planning and analysis, accounting and reporting, business support, stakeholder management, compliance, and people management.
The ideal candidate will live and breathe numbers, with the unique ability to pull insights; and to assist in providing the most informed and highest quality of planning, analysis and reporting to help guide strategic operational and tactical decisions.
According to Nyar, TFE is looking for a team player who is autonomous and has attention to detail.
“We want someone who pays attention to detail, doesn’t cut corners and is ultimately a great communicator.”
Candidates will also need a tertiary qualification in accounting or finance and any relevant postgraduate professional qualifications.
