For all Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) cruises booked by 31 July 2020, embarking through and including 30 November 2020, guests and travel partners can now cancel their booking up to 48 hours in advance of their embarkation date. Those who choose to cancel via NCL’s ‘Peace of Mind’ policy will receive a a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) equal to the value of the full cruise fare paid, that can be used for sailings embarking through 31 December, 2022. This policy applies to individual and group bookings only.

The cruise line has also introduced the following new incentives, offers, and itineraries:
· Extension of Future Cruise Credit (FCC) offer until 31 May, 2020, with guests who re-book using their FCC on any sailing embarking 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2022 receiving an additional 20% discount off their cruise fare. NCL’s valued Australia and New Zealand travel partners are also being rewarded as part of the initiative, receiving an additional 5% bonus commission on all bookings made during the offer period. These bookings can be made via BookNCL or by calling our Reservations team on 1300 255 200 (AU) or 0800 969 283 (NZ).
· Flash Sale for new bookings made until 31 May 2020. In addition to receiving all five of NCL’s popular ‘Free at Sea’ offers, including a free beverage and specialty dining package, guests who sail on voyages from January 2021 and beyond and book a balcony stateroom will receive an added US$200 onboard credit per stateroom. That’s up to US$3,100 in overall value. The onboard credit amount is tiered based on the number of nights sailed and the cabin category booked.
