Streaming live from his Instagram page, Irish-born Chef Colin Fassnidge will bring food lovers two live cooking demo events on Monday 29 November and Monday 6 December, from 6pm AEDT.
In partnership with Tourism Ireland, the events will showcase Ireland’s modern food+drink offering, as well as some of the incredible gourmet paddock-to-plate experiences to be had around the island.
On 29 November, Colin will prepare a whole baby snapper with chorizo, tomato and peppers; accompanied by a raw beetroot salad with horseradish and potato mayonnaise and a green sauce.
The following week, learn to make his mouth-watering porchetta recipe accompanied by a refreshing watermelon, fennel and pea salad.
Viewers tuning in and/or cooking along with Colin will also get a chance to win a food hamper and a personalised signed copy of his latest cookbook ‘The Commonsense Cook’.
