InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has announced the signing of an agreement with owner APHI Guam to take on management of Fiesta Resort Guam, to be rebranded as Crowne Resort Guam.
The hotel, which represents hotel group’s first foray into Micronesia, will join the IHG system in 2021, following an extensive, multi-million dollar refurbishment.
The 318-room hotel is located in the centre of Tumon Bay, with direct beach access and a short walk from high-end shopping areas. Following the refurbishment, it will feature a Crowne Plaza Club Lounge, newly renovated F&B facilities, function rooms and a fully renovated ballroom, as well as a gym and swimming pools. As one of the best-loved upscale brands globally, the hotel will deliver an elevated service experience, including the Sleep Advantage™ program and the benefits and rewards available to IHG Rewards Club members.
