Evergreen Cruises & Tours has released the an updated edition of its popular 2020 European river cruise brochure aimed at creating a unique and comprehensive new sales tool for agents.
“This new edition of our brochure provides agents with the most up to date information they need to sell Evergreen cruises and ensures seamless service to their guests,” said Mr Angus Crichton, Director of Sales, Marketing and Product for Evergreen Cruises & Tours.
“The brochure provides the latest detail on which of our departures are guaranteed throughout the season, it lists departures with limited availability, which departures are sold out, and where new dates have been added. Also on certain pages we highlighted the actual percentage of cabins sold which shows customers that capacity is running out.
“This updated information will provide agents the tools they require to book with confidence knowing that departures are guaranteed. Knowing in advance which departures are sold out will also speed up the process for our agent partners so they can provide a higher level of service to their customers.”
