Hilton has signed its first DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Auckland, New Zealand, set to open in early 2023.
The 231-room DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Albert Street marks the brand’s introduction into Auckland and joins Hilton’s portfolio of nine hotels, opened and under construction, in New Zealand.
DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Albert Street, owned by Queen Fern Holdings Limited and managed by Hilton, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2023.

DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Albert Street will be located in the heart of Auckland’s Central Business District, a stone’s throw from Aotea train station and close to many of Auckland’s most iconic landmarks and tourist attractions, including the Sky Tower and Auckland waterfront.
DoubleTree by Hilton Auckland Albert Street will join 27 operating and 13 pipeline Hilton properties throughout Australasia.
