Aman Tokyo, the first urban sanctuary of the Aman brand, is marking its 10th anniversary this December, celebrating a decade of redefining luxury and hospitality in Tokyo.
Located in the Otemachi Tower, the hotel has become an icon of peace, privacy, and exceptional service in the heart of the city. Designed by Kerry Hill Architects, Aman Tokyo seamlessly blends traditional Japanese design elements with contemporary aesthetics, earning its place as one of The World’s 50 Best Hotels.
To honour this milestone, Aman Tokyo has curated a selection of unique experiences, reflecting its commitment to excellence and its deep connection to Japanese culture and craftsmanship.
Exclusive Anniversary Experiences
Guests staying during the anniversary will receive a limited-edition luggage tag, crafted from leather inspired by carved wood with curved metal accents, symbolising harmony. This keepsake embodies Aman Tokyo’s minimalist design philosophy and serves as a meaningful memento of the occasion.
Culinary enthusiasts can embark on an Aperitivo River Cruise from 26 December 2024 to 28 February 2025. The journey begins with champagne and Aman Tokyo Original Caviar on the serene Sumida River, followed by a six-course dinner at the Italian restaurant Arva, showcasing rich, seasonal flavours.
For a tribute to Japanese traditions, Musashi by Aman presents a sake tasting set featuring three varieties crafted from rice grown by Chef Musashi himself. Available until 31 March 2025, the tasting is paired with a refined omakase menu. Additionally, the anniversary-inspired afternoon tea at The Lounge by Aman runs until 14 January 2025, featuring a “black” theme that reflects the hotel’s award-winning interiors.
Looking to the Future
As part of its celebrations, Aman Spa is launching an enhanced Signature Journey in 2025, combining Japanese wellness traditions with modern therapies. This 150-minute experience includes a body scrub, massage, and facial featuring Kuromoji extract and Aman’s Essential Skin collection, offering renewal for both body and mind.
Aman Tokyo’s anniversary honours its legacy while looking forward to the future, continuing to provide travellers with unparalleled experiences and a deep connection to Japanese culture.
