Ola has launched ‘Ola Corporate’ to provide businesses with cost-effective business travel, complete with centralised billing and customised ride policies.
Ola says Ola Corporate has been designed to help businesses reduce employee travel expenses and provide safe and reliable travel for employees, as more people begin to get back to their workplace. Business customers can book an Ola, as and when required, with wait times of less than 5 minutes on average and high standards of safety and hygiene.
Ola Corporate clients will operate the service through a new, personalised dashboard where they can add and manage employees. Employees then book their own rides, as they would for personal journeys, and simply tag the ride as a Corporate trip in their Ola app. The fares are paid automatically through the company’s Ola Corporate balance, centralised credit card or other payment methods and can be viewed and downloaded at any time from the dashboard. Clients will also have access to a specialised account management support team at Ola to ensure convenient and smooth operations.

Ola Corporate will also include the raft of industry-leading safety features which Ola is known for, such as the Guardian technology (for some cities), Start Code, 24/7 customer support and the in-app emergency button.
