In the wake of the collapse of Bentours and Tempo Holidays last week, partner and tour operator in Iceland, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands for over 25 years, Iceland Travel, has issued the following advice for agents.
“We are saddened by the news and wish our Australian colleagues all the best in coming days and weeks.
Our primary objective at this juncture is to secure the bookings of travellers arriving in Iceland in coming days. We ask that all Australian agents with current bookings with Bentours in Iceland, to please contact us at bookings@icelandtravel.is at your earliest convenience to discuss your bookings.
Going forward, Iceland Travel is accepting bookings from agents with Bentours’ brochure and Iceland products for Winter 2019-20 and Summer 2020.
