“The cruise industry continues to experience double-digit growth across the APAC region and these new appointments are designed to ensure we are able to best maximise and meet this increased demand head on,” said Mr Odell.
“Our aim is to build a platform from which we can take a bigger share of the APAC cruising sector, at the same time providing opportunities for our valued travel partners to benefit from the extra capacity and growth in these markets as well.
“We are setting ourselves up for future growth not only in the APAC region – to which 11 of our ships will be sailing in 2020, including the fourth local deployment of Norwegian Jewel – but also across the international business, with 11 brand new ships on order including Norwegian Encore and the magnificent Seven Seas Splendor.”
Norwegian Encore launches in November 2019 and Regent Seven Seas Splendor launches Febuary 2020.
