Lufthansa’s highly anticipated Allegris First Class is about to make its debut on long-haul routes, with its first flights scheduled for Bangalore on 9 November 2024 and Mumbai on 15 November 2024.
The new Allegris cabin, featured on the A350-900, includes two private suites and a globally unique “Suite Plus,” setting a new benchmark in luxury air travel.
Private Suite Above the Clouds
Designed for ultimate comfort, the Allegris First Class Suite offers ceiling-high walls, a lockable door, and spacious seating nearly one metre wide with customizable heating and cooling options. A large screen, wireless headphones, and a personal wardrobe add to the refined experience, while the Suite Plus option allows pairs of travellers to share a luxurious suite.
Initially available to select frequent flyers by invitation, the Allegris First Class experience will later open for targeted upgrades and bookings as more aircraft are fitted with the new cabin.
Lufthansa Wins APEX Award for VR In-Flight Entertainment
Lufthansa’s innovative approach to in-flight entertainment has earned the airline the APEX Innovation Award for its collaboration with Meta and MSM.Digital to test virtual reality headsets. Available on Allegris-equipped flights, these headsets offer cinema-style films, interactive VR travel experiences, and relaxation exercises for business-class guests, making Lufthansa the first airline to bring immersive VR entertainment to the skies.
With Allegris First Class, Lufthansa redefines luxury air travel, offering an unprecedented level of privacy, comfort, and cutting-edge entertainment for long-haul passengers.
