Crown Sydney has today announced that Oncore by Clare Smyth will open on Thursday 18 November 2021, and bookings will open to the public from 4 November 2021.
The new fine dining experience is set 26-levels above Sydney Harbour, with the 68-seat establishment providing guests with sweeping views of the city’s Harbour, and offering a world-class dining experience from one of the world’s most acclaimed chefs.
As the first and only female chef with three Michelin stars in the UK, Chef Clare Smyth MBE will oversee Oncore, supported by Head Chef Alan Stuart, who will lead day-to-day operations of the kitchen. Alan has been working alongside Clare at sister restaurant Core, undertaking planning and development for Oncore.
Like Clare Smyth’s flagship restaurant Core in London, Oncore will focus on a thoughtfully curated local and sustainable menu. Oncore’s ingredients will be sourced from Australia’s most dedicated farmers and food producers. Clare is redefining fine dining in Australia.
